E3 2011 Hands-On: Set sail for the new Rune Factory

Rune Factory comes to the Wii and PS3 for with this new installment that changes up the locale and gives you a giant to call your own. This version takes place on a mysterious island where you will meet colorful characters and a giant golem who will help you with various tasks. There are plenty of chores, battles, and fun to do on the island. There will also be plenty of locations to explore throughout the game.
The game looks great and all the characters are vibrant and colorful. The combat is smooth and the battle effects look nice. The game controls are great and players of the previous games will find themselves at home with Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny.
